Welcome to AiiQA. By using our services—including the Equity Partnership Program, Hybrid Partnership Model, Early Startup Package, Social Media + Growth + Podcast Package, Maintenance Package, and any related offerings—you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

AiiQA provides startup development, marketing, and business growth services through the following flexible packages:

• Equity Partnership Program: Zero upfront cost in exchange for equity investment with full team access and mentorship.
• Hybrid Partnership Model: Combination of upfront milestone-based payments plus equity sharing tailored to startup needs.
• Early Startup Package: Includes tech stack setup, development team, growth strategies, and flexible EMIs.
• Social Media + Growth + Podcast: Includes full digital presence, podcast production, technical support, and optimization.
• Maintenance Package: Includes ongoing product support, custom integrations, bug fixes, and priority project management.

• Services are intended for legally registered startups, enterprises, and founders globally.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and keep it updated.
• Misuse of services or breach of agreement may result in termination or legal action.

• Upfront payments and EMIs are invoiced as per the agreed schedule stated in your contract or package.
• Equity participation terms are separately governed by executed legal agreements.
• Delayed or missed payment may result in service suspension or termination.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees where relevant.

• All intellectual property developed during the service period belongs to the startup unless otherwise stated.
• AiiQA has no ownership over startup data, product, or trademarks except where equity applies.
• Startups grant AiiQA limited rights to use developed IP solely for contractual fulfillment.

• Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
• Any personal data collected is governed under AiiQA’s Privacy Policy.
• Disclosure shall only occur under legal requirement or written consent.

• AiiQA’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the total amounts paid under your service agreement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users agree to indemnify AiiQA from claims related to misuse, breach, or unlawful use of our services.

• Either party may terminate services for material breach after 30 days' notice if not resolved.
• All unpaid dues become immediately payable on termination.
• All equity and IP agreements continue as per contract even after service termination.

• These Terms and corresponding agreements shall be governed by laws of India.
• Indian clients accept the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts for legal matters.
• International disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under ICC or UNCITRAL rules.

• AiiQA reserves the right to modify these terms with due notice via website updates or communications.
• Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of updated Terms.
