Welcome to AiiQA. By using our services—including Venture Launchpad, The Equity Vault, Enterprise Engine, and any related offerings—you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

AiiQA provides startup development, marketing, and business scaling engineering through three highly specialized engagement models:

• Venture Launchpad: A focused 14-day market audit and MVP blueprint designed to validate your startup idea and technical roadmap before burning capital.
• The Equity Vault: Our flagship hybrid model combining flexible upfront milestone-based funding with sweat equity, acting as your technical co-founder.
• Enterprise Engine: A full-scale, cash-based engagement where we deploy our 7-stage execution protocol to rapidly design, launch, and scale enterprise-grade platforms.

• Services are intended for legally registered startups, enterprises, and founders globally.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and keep it updated.
• Misuse of services or breach of agreement may result in termination or legal action.

• Upfront payments and EMIs are invoiced as per the agreed schedule stated in your contract or package.
• Equity participation terms are separately governed by executed legal agreements.
• Delayed or missed payment may result in service suspension or termination.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees where relevant.

• All intellectual property developed during the service period belongs to the startup unless otherwise stated.
• AiiQA has no ownership over startup data, product, or trademarks except where equity applies.
• Startups grant AiiQA limited rights to use developed IP solely for contractual fulfillment.

• Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
• Any personal data collected is governed under AiiQA’s Privacy Policy.
• Disclosure shall only occur under legal requirement or written consent.

• AiiQA’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the total amounts paid under your service agreement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users agree to indemnify AiiQA from claims related to misuse, breach, or unlawful use of our services.

• Either party may terminate services for material breach after 30 days' notice if not resolved.
• All unpaid dues become immediately payable on termination.
• All equity and IP agreements continue as per contract even after service termination.

• These Terms and any non-equity relationships shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, India for any disputes arising out of the website or service.
• International disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under ICC rules before resorting to litigation.

• Clients agree not to directly solicit, hire, or contract any AiiQA engineers, designers, or consultants introduced during the engagement.
• This non-solicitation clause extends for the duration of the active contract and for a period of 12 months following its termination.

• “As-Is” Deliverables: Technology scaling involves inherent market risks. AiiQA does not guarantee business success, user acquisition metrics, or funding rounds unless explicitly scoped in your contract.
• Force Majeure: AiiQA is not liable for performance failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or prolonged API failures by third-party infrastructure.

• AiiQA reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email or system alerts.
• Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
